THE ANSWERS TO THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is included in the room rate?

The room rates include: accommodation and daily maid service with change of towels, breakfast buffet (except in the case of a booking formula free week), outdoor parking (possibly garage to the daily cost of € 9) a place on the beach including one sun bed one sun chair and one umbrella , access to swimming pools, bike rental, Taxes (excluding ticy tax) and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSi, American Express and Diners.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Since all sensitive data is encrypted to keep it protected, the hotel room reservation process is absolutely safe.

Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing the price of one night stay, as a guarantee in case of late cancellation or no show. Reservations made with credit cards that are incorrect, invalid or missing details will not be confirmed – and therefore not guaranteed.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive an email confirmation listing the details of your reservation.

How can I cancel/modify my reservation?

Reservations made through our web site www.hotelresidenceilteatro.com, using no special offer, can be cancelled and / or modified without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival until 16.00.
Bookings made with the free week offer can be cancelled and / or modified without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival until 16.00.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What happens in case of no show, early departure, late cancellation or changes?

In case of no-show, early departure and / or change / cancellation after the time limit by the cancellation policy, you will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of living up to a maximum of three nights.
This amount will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
For other special offers refer to the cancellation policy stated in the promotion used.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What time is check in/check out?

Check in time is 4pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 11am. If you have any special requests, please notify our staff beforehand- they’ll be delighted to help.

Do you have a car park? How much does it cost?

It 'available for the exclusive use of our guests a large outdoor car park adjacent to the hotel, completely free of charge, or, if you prefer you can reserve a parking space in our garage to the daily cost of € 9.

Cots are available for children in the room? How much do they cost?

Yes, if you are traveling with a baby you will find a comfortable cot in the room. The supplement is € 9 per night.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No, all our rooms are non-smoking, but have large terraces equipped with table and chairs, where you can possibly smoke.

The prices quoted on the internet are inclusive of breakfast?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate if you book with our offer free week, is instead included in the price if you book without this offer.
Any extra cost for the compulsion is 9 euro for adults and € 5 for children.

At what time is breakfast served?

The breakfast buffet is served from 8.00 to 11.00 in the morning and can be enjoyed on the sun terrace surrounding the pool.

The Hotel & Residence Il Teatro also has access to the Internet?

Throughout the building and all the rooms you can connect to the free Wi-fi throughout the hotel for the duration of your stay. Ask the front desk to enter the password and you can browse at any time and for free.

How much does the Internet connection?

Wi-fi is free for hotel guests at the Hotel & Residence Il Teatro.

There are rules for pets?

Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of € 9 per day. Our staff is available for any special requirements

What is the cost of the bed on the beach?

How much does a sunbed by the pool?

The sunbeds by the pool are completely free and are for the exclusive use of guests of the Hotel & Residence Il Teatro.

Do you offer a bike rental service?

Yes, we offer our guests a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron at a cost of € 8 you can take advantage of the service, we will also provide the detergent.

Yes, room service is available from 8.00 to 21.00.

What kind of treatment you can book?

The Hotel & Residence Il Teatro offer rates with accommodation only, bed and breakfast and half board which may be made at the restaurant right next to our hotel with whom we have an agreement, is a service that you can also choose to use day per day.
